At Victory Range Hoods, we stand behind the quality of our ventilation systems and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your range hood doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Ensure the range hood is in its original, unused condition and securely packed in the original manufacturer's packaging with all manuals and hardware included.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own insured postage to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location for transit back to our facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
